Today the Elements are full of “motherly love”. The Earth its hugging us. The Water its flowing steady with little ripples and playful waves. The Fire is pushing us forward. And the Air energy feels refreshing and uplifting.
The Energy from the Elementals wants to empower you and as you delve in your worries and some, you miss the magick that its happening around us every single second. I know it may be hard to think positively when the bank is calling for the mortgage payment or there its no job offer on the table. Its even harder to think that energy may have anything to do with it. Still, you have repeated the same cycle over and over with no different results. It might be time to try a different route.
The Full Moon is around the corner and with it the feelings of what we want and/or need intensifies. We are either full of goals and dreams or conflict and despair and the Moon calls for introspection, intention and manifestation. So we feel all of this emotions at the same time making us feel almost inadequate if we are still holding on to the past even without realizing it. How do we know in which frequency we vibe so we can know what we are attracting and manifesting in our lives? What do you constantly think about? Do you think about the bank calling for the mortgage or are you thinking of ways to make money to pay the rent and have some for entertainment? Are you thinking about how bad you have it because you cant seem to find a job or are you thinking about job possibilities, waking up early as if you already have it, using working hours to make some money with whatever you can create yourself? This dictates the frequency we are vibrating at. To change it, all you have to do is think about what you do want.
Energy Tip:
Negative Emotional ties: Negative Emotional ties may be harder to break and to manifest totally different results as our present because our emotions really can take a hold of our Ego and make it totally unbalanced. But its possible. To begin releasing your negative emotional ties use this 3 days before the Full Moon to repeat affirmations and power words.
First remember this is about you feeling better and finding balance NOT about the other person. Affirmations: “I am” / “I am Light” / “I am Love” / “I am Passion” / “I am confident” Power Words: “Love” / “Power” / “Beauty” / “Laugh” / “Freedom” *Create you owns.
Negative Physical ties: this is unhealthy habits and addictions. Use this 3 days before the Full Moon to intent the breaking of the habit. Write 5 things each day that make you want to break the habit or addiction and 5 things that you are missing of your day because of that habit or addiction. On the Full Moon read them and intent to break free. After the full moon, begin each day by reading both of your list and try your hardest to leave the habit behind.
For example: you smoke cigarettes. Your first list may say things like I hate how I smell all day and people telling me and your second list something like today I lost 30 minutes in total of my day smoking cigarettes and I am always wondering where the day went. Something like that. After the Full Moon, every day try to smoke 1 less cigarette.
Negative Thoughts ties: To release or change the way you are thinking take this 3 days before the Full Moon, every morning write 3 things you are grateful for and keep the list with you, make silent notes of all your thinking process during the day and every time you catch yourself thinking negatively read the list. The on the Full Moon read your 9 things you are grateful for and intent to have more of that in your life. Keep the list and every morning after the full moon until the dark moon say one thought that you are releasing and do your best to keep it out of your mind, read the list right after that and every time you think the thought is coming back.
