Today is all about air. Not so much heaviness today, right? Like the gravity is not pushing and pulling but a bit more like "what do yo want to do?" The Air Element its giving us a break to breathe and release all we accumulated this few days. With the Dark Moon the release becomes almost a duty. Its our responsibility to let go of what is holding us and the Air is our medium. Take a walk, sun bathe, do some breathing exercises, hold your words but express your heart desires. Let your creativity take flight and use your breath to give life to the winds of intention so when the New Moon comes the winds can carry your intentions into the energy fields of manifestation.
