Maximize your day with this 3 minutes flow meditation morning routine I use to connect with the Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air) within you, balance their energy so their effect on you is restore to health and centered so you can aknolwledge it and use it in your favor.
The Elements are present in us both physically and energetically. Speaking purely of energy, as it affects the outside, it affects the inside. If there is no balance, chaos is formed and the earthquakes of insecurities begin, the torrential emotional rains fall, the fires burn our relationships and actions and tornadoes form to engulf our ideas and take away the creativity or initiative to create and begin.
This short stretching routine will help balance your energy and help you discover, connect and recharge yourself with these energies. By learning to "forecast" your "weather", you will be able to recognize what you are feeling, how to work it internally to heal it and how to act in balance and positively today, for a better tomorrow.
For this simple but highly effective stretching routine:
Always keep your back straight, if it hurts, better to bend the knees than hurt the back.
Adaptation to make it more dinamic: go from "forward fold" to "malasana/low squat" and go up to diferent levels of "goddess pose"/squats, then "tadasana/standing straight" and from Fire/ Heart Center do the same with no adaptations.
