*Caution; the following meditation can be intense and it can get messy. Please take cautionary steps when and after doing and always remember we live in this reality!
I recommend extreme discretion and discernment when doing this meditation. Without the inner strength and will to understand and accept what we see in order to integrate it in a healthy way; it can create confusion and internal conflicts that are harmful to our personal reality. It has the potential to alternate identities and make us adopt our shadow self as our true self, burying the person we think we are now. To get out of the Shadow is much more difficult than breaking the blockages we have. So, be careful and wise when deciding. If you have a feeling now is not the moment, better to take a screen shot and try it later.
If you have a physical prompt that you use when you come back from meditation; use it after grounding. If you do not have one, pinch yourself or bite your tongue to make sure you are back in your body.
What do you need:
A clean mirror and at least 3 hours to be completely by yourself.
3 white candles
1 Selenite, 1 Amethyst, 1 Red Jasper, 1 Calcite, 1 Black Tourmaline, 1 Clear Crystal, *optional birth month stone
Mixture of Lavander, Clary Sage, Patchoulli, Vetiver and Cedarwood or Sandalwood to burn or diffuse
*Optional – Binaurial Theta
READ THE PROCESS AND MEMORIZE IT SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO INTERRUPT THE MEDITATION TO READ- if at any moment you feel like you forgot the next step, follow your own body and intuition.
***Most important thing about this meditation is to let go of inhibitions. This meditation is done entirely in and with the mind by feeling and perceiving, DO NOT use your hands or any other tools, even if you feel compelled to.

Ground and Center before and when closing the meditation.
· When alone, take a long bath or shower and begin to relax yourself (you can use any of the oils to help you relax). Better during the night and in a nice feeling room temperature, whatever that means to you personally (you will be naked so take that into consideration).
· Shut phone and tv off so you get no distractions.
· Place the candles (in a flame safe container) in a triangle shape with the point facing you and the “bottom” part closer to the mirror.
· Place the crystals stones in a straight line right above the candle the makes the point (making and Earth sign)
· Turn on the diffuser or start burning the oils, close to you but no specific position. Light the candles and turn off the light.
· Completely naked stand in front of the mirror and look at yourself. Do the complete meditation looking at your reflection.
· Connect with your body and whatever you are feeling at the moment
· Take a moment to feel your skin without touching, remember to use only your mind.
· Think of your legs, feel them, feel the skin, feel a light touch from your ankles to your thighs, it feels nice and tingly. Do the same with your glutes, navel, belly, lower back, stomach, chest, back, breast (if women), nipples (if male), arms, hands, shoulders, neck, face, back of the ears, back of the head, crown.
· Return the focus to your legs and let yourself to feel sexual arousal, touch yourself mentally the way you want, whatever turns you on but only use your mind.
· Now focus only on the energy around your sexual organ, where the pleasure is found (female -energetic clitoris; male (energetic penis) and feel the movement of the energy, you may feel a pulsing, a vortex type of movement (like a tornado around you), vibration – those are the most common ones.
· Keep your focus in that sensation and mentally touch yourself in a way that gives you pleasure. The end goal is to have a mental orgasm.
· Let the emotions flow without judgement or holding them back.
· Feel the heat intensify, the trembeling of your skin. Your breathing and heartbeat go faster and faster. Let your body react the way it needs to, but do not touch yourself.
· When you reach that point (mental orgasm) let the feeling expand outside of yourself.
· Hold your eyes looking straight at you (both eyes will be looking into one eye of your reflection) keep looking and let your sight get blurry, in a few moments your eyes will meet each other and your face will change into someone that will look like you but has different facial expressions (don’t be scare if it smiles back) That is the “physical” form your Shadow Self has, what you would look like if physically you were an expression of your Shadow.
· Thank your Shadow for coming forth and let them know you love them and will heal them so both of you can be free.
· Ask your shadow for a sign that they can use to signal that you are being trigger by something they are keeping, whatever first shows in your mind, know that that is your signal and whenever you get trigger your shadow self will warn you by popping that sign in your mind or in the physical world.
· Intend one of the candles to stay with your shadow so it can always have light.
· Say your goodbyes and let your Shadow go back to your subconscious, wait until you see your reflection back in the mirror.
· Release the excess of energy
· Ground and center
· Turn of the candles.
· Journal whatever you feel like writing.
To know our Shadow Self will help us to better understand ourselves. Is where our balance and health are hidden. Is to accept and integrate our light and dark in balance so we can unlock our true potential.
Once we understand our Shadow Self, we can begin working in releasing the traumas and indoctrination to free ourselves from the emotional baggage and personality we have adopted to adapt and better survive our environment.
