Optional: instrumental classical music, nature sounds tracks or binaural beats.
Lets begin.
Lie down in Savasana, also known in Yoga as Corpse pose; your back flat on the floor, arms and legs spread comfortably, without forcing anything.
Rest here for 3 minutes releasing all the reactivity and intending to quiet the mind.
Take a deep breath filling your whole body with air, inhale and feel how the air expands your abdomen. Exhale and feel it contract.
Bring your hands to Cervical 1; at back of your head just where it meets the neck almost at the level of the ears, interlock your fingers holding your head. As if you were being pulled from the top of your head, lengthen your neck with the help of your hands, when you finish, go back and place your arms resting at the sides.
Inhale. Exhale.
Close your eyes and bring your attention to your nose. Feel the fresh air come in and the temperature change as you go out. Repeat 5 times.
Feel the weight of gravity having an effect on you, little by little your weight increases more.
Visualize, Imagine or feel, roots that come out of you in every place where your body connects with the ground. Your roots penetrate the earth and take root.
Inhale. Wait 3 seconds. Exhale. Wait 3 seconds. Inhale. Repeat 3 times.
With the last exhalation, try to release the negative energy and contract your toes, keep breathing calmly while you contract each muscle of your body a little. As you contract, feel the negativity, visualize it as a gray haze that fills your body. Contract the feet, the calf muscles, keep contracting, the thighs, the buttocks, contract, tighten the muscles of the abdomen, keep contracting, the arms, neck, face. With the exhale, relax your whole body at once and visualize the mist being absorbed by your roots and delivered to the depths of the earth. Rest here for 2 minutes. Just feel your body and try not to think about anything just feel. If a thought comes, don't repeat it in your mind, let it go.
Visualize, Imagine or feel, the sun above you, its color, its warmth. Imagine fragments of sunlight as if it were an invisible "glitter" it penetrates your skin and your whole body, recharging you with positive energy. Let the "glitter" reach the ground through your roots.
Inhale. Hold it for 3 seconds. Exhale. Wait 3 seconds. Inhale. Repeat 3 times.
When you are ready to return. Visualize a sunset, when the sun goes down, pick up or bring back your roots.
Begin by wiggling your fingers and toes. Then move your legs from side to side.
Keep your eyes closed.
Lie in the fetal position for 1 minute and just feel your body.
When you are ready, sit down and bring your arms stretched up the sides of your body, joining hand to hand in "praying position" above your head then bring your hands together to the center of your chest.
With your eyes still closed, take a moment to thank yourself for the opportunity to ground and recharge. Feel your body.
